About Us
E.B.Moss is a Marketing Strategist, Content Creator, Journalist and Podcaster.
She's the founder of Moss Appeal, a brand and marketing consultancy that has provided promotions to podcasts, social media to sustainability marketing, to clients ranging from AMC and NBCU to non-profits such as Genesis Prize Foundation and the JDRF. She was the inaugural Editor-in-Chief of media industry publication, The Continuum, about the intersection of brand+demand marketing, and a frequent contributor to TheCustomer.
Most recently E.B. served as fractional SVP of Content & Community at Brand Innovators, and fractional Editor in Chief of "The Continuum" trade publication. Immediately prior, she was the first Managing Editor and Head of Content Strategy for MediaVillage, a media industry thought leadership publishing platform. She began her career as a radio copywriter, voiceover talent, and entertainment reporter for a daily paper in New Jersey. After an acting stint she built ad sales marketing departments for video and audio companies ranging from Lifetime and Food Networks to Cumulus/Westwood One and AdLarge Media, where she developed award-winning sales collateral, sweepstakes and social media promotions.
Podcasting: E.B. has been involved with podcasting since 2015 -- from go-to-market strategies to early stage collateral for industry leaders. She also has more than 150 different episodes across five different shows to her hosting and producing credit. While at MediaVillage she originated two business to business podcasts, interviewing more than 60 of the highest profile names in the advertising and marketing community. She continues to profile executives via her original show, "Insider Interviews" and interviews her "friends in high places" via "It's Quite a Living." She also specializes in training companies in launching an effective B2B podcast -- and is proud to also rep some of the best podcasts available today.
Fun “First” Facts: E.B. was the first female hired to park cars at the famed Catskills resort, Grossingers! She co-created the first sales marketing kit sent out by a cable network on a disk – for E! (Google “floppy disk”…!)
And, in 2020, she moderated the first-ever CES panel discussion on VOICE!
